Where the actual recovery costs exceed this fixed amount, additional compensation may be claimed upon presentation of supporting evidence.
6. CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE AND PRE-AUTHORIZATION
To guarantee payment for the stay and any additional services or damage, Hôtel Face West requires the presentation of a valid credit or debit card in the name of the reservation holder.
Upon arrival, the hotel may perform a €200 pre-authorization on the guest's payment card.

Unpaid services;
Additional purchases or services;
Damage to the hotel or its facilities;
Exceptional cleaning costs;
Lost keys or access cards;

However, the hotel shall not be held liable for any delay or temporary inability to access the premises resulting from such circumstances.
Unless the guest has informed the hotel in advance, and except in duly justified exceptional circumstances, failure to arrive before 6:30 a.m. on the day following the scheduled arrival date may result in the reservation being treated as a No-Show, under the conditions set out in Article 8 of these GTC.
